SUICIDE

Suicide is any attempt of taken one’s life by him or herself because of some surrounded circumstances like bad parenting,poverty,illiteracy,bad friend,relationship, smoking and drinking, pressure. Do not think of suicide when you are going through a lot, is not your end and some have been involved in such situation before, do not think there is no way out there is, only if you believe.

HOW TO DO AWAY WITH SUICIDE TENSION.

Share your problem with people around you.

Go away from people that influence you badly.

Feel free and lively with everybody to ease yourself from suicide tension.

Go out when necessary so as not to feel bored.

Smile even when you are not happy.

Read books,watch movies,attend occasions.

Say no to suicide.
